Blue Lakubo mod with blue Neogel cap insertThe Lakubo mod, by Eddie of Penzemi (website no longer online), is one of the most simple pen mods around.

This mod only uses two pens and involves minimal construction work. This mod is called Lakubo SG by Japanese.


Facts

Length: 18.6cm
Weight: lighter than RSVP MX, heavier than BICtory
COP: slightly forward from the center of the mod
Materials
Uni-Ball Lakubo
Pilot Supergel or Pilot Neogel

Construction

Remove the cap and ink tube of the Lakubo. Discard or store the cap.
Poke a hole in the Lakubo back plug and reverse the ink tube.
Wrap clear tape around the back of the Lakubo and add Supergel / Neogel cap.
(Optional) Add an insert to the Lakubo barrel.
(Optional) Add a grip and/or insert inside the cap to add weight and shift the COP.

one question, what grip would u stick inside the cap?
