I think its too early to start a team for PSUK Nya~ There would be more Outside UK spinners than UK spinners Nya~ I'd say about 1/20 would be from UK Nya~
Teams usually make a team members only collab and such Nya~ Sit back and relax Nya~ I don't know Nya~

eh we got plenty of time to do so lol, personally i would want to master a lot of tricks before even thinking about joining a team lol *solo ftw!*

I can tell you what CTT used to do...

Regular (daily or every other day) mass MSN convos usually involving around half the team, the focus of which was pen spinning, although not always.

'Midnight' Collabs -> Collabs that were organised during these MSN convos sometimes randomly. All combos would be made and filmed in one night and the video edited and released usually within 24 hours of the collab first being mentioned.

Team Collabs -> The team would organise a collab that had a due date of perhaps a month and a theme thought up of by the team. Kinda like a collab a forum would run (such as the PSUK collab) but using a team. I noticed the videos also have a much higher submission rate for team collabs than ones for forums.

General support of each other, both on forums were collectively on (i.e. UCPSB) and also off the forums, on say MSN, the teams' personal forum or myspace. A friendly atmosphere within the team meant it was very good for the lesser technically skilled spinners to improve, as they could ask better members things such as 'Can you make me a tut for x trick?' or use their webcam + MSN to have one to one advice from a fellow teammate. On the forums, if one person from the team was say, flamed, the rest of the team would respond in kind to the 'offender'. Everyone had each other's back.

Hmm i kind of also agree, i don't think the board is ready to have a team, and also teams are not for boards they are specific for spinners, like Genesis isn't a "UPSB" team, it's a team that was formed by a group of spinner friends, similarly with DNS, ES etc.

If you also look at each team, they were formed when the spinners became pretty good spinners. Maybe when we have abetter level we came make a team, but it won't be a "PSUK" team, it would jsut be a team between friends, like spowash etc.
