World tournament 2009... Why has PSUK not put forward an entry?

Actually, they are reviewing collabs to see if forums are good enough to participate... Shall we make a collab, with a deadline in say, 4-5 weeks, with each of us doing our very best combos. We could filter the collab to pick the best 4-5 spinners (the minimum required for the WT) and submit it to the thread. If we all try our best and come out with some good combos, I'm sure we can get in to the world tournament next year!!!

Most of us are already practicing our combos for euro collab ._.Nya~ I'm not sure about a world tournament entry collab Nya~ There are some other stuff coming up this summer too Nya~

I for one do not think i'll be able to participate because by the time the WT09 comes, i'll be focusing on my studies._. Nya~

Sure, studies are important, but, you can easily spend time spinning and do school work. Are you seriously suggesting that, when you are in school, you never find time to play computer games, go online or go out with friends? You need only take a few hours a week out of that 'fun' time, to do some pen spinning. Which, should also be fun, if you are really a pen spinner. So, it does not detract from anything.

Sure, studies are important, but, you can easily spend time spinning and do school work. No, i'm not suggesting that in 'school' you will never get time to do anything Nya~ i was just saying i probably won't because i'm going to university. University is alot more different to school Nya~

What about the finals of the WC08? GPC only had 2/6 people submitted. Nya~ Why don't you go nag at them for not spending time and have 'fun' for a few hours to do some pen spinning Nya~ If we are busy in life, we're busy.

Yes pen spinning is fun at times but also not so fun at times Nya~ I don't know what you think makes someone really a 'pen spinner' but there are alot more than just having 'fun'. Nya~

But if you really want to start one, go to the collab section and start doing the sign-ups. Nya~
I'm sure there are other spinners that want to join, i'm not in but i'm sure i won't make a huge difference to it anyway._. Nya~

I know my winning chances at the WT09 are 0% anyway, i don't want to participate in something when i know its a lose-lose situation.

Sorry, my mistake...

University is fucking laughable! There's hardly any work compared to school, you're doing something you want to do, that you are interested in, you don't even have to turn up to lectures if you don't feel like it and you have more free time on your hands than you probably ever will again in your life (until retirement, that is)!

Hardly any work? well i can see why you say that Mats, but let me tell you this. In university they are not looking for quantity but quality work Nya~ So don't think quantity is everything in terms of work. Nya~ about turning up to lectures, if you don't turn up then you might as well not attend to university because you wouldn't even know what write about/research on in your assignments, if thats what you mean by less work because you don't attend to lectures. Nya~
